Custom Orders

Custom cake orders require a 50% deposit and at least 48 hours notice. Changes to custom orders may not be possible once production has begun.

Pickup and Delivery

Items must be picked up within the specified timeframe. Delivery is available within our service area for an additional fee. We are not responsible for items left unattended after delivery.

Cancellations and Refunds

Standard items may be cancelled up to 2 hours before pickup. Custom orders may be subject to cancellation fees. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
